Search Markets would like to hire a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Career Laddr, a project by Search Markets.

 

In this role, you will perform various administrative tasks, such as answering emails and scheduling meetings, and you should be able to deliver high-quality work with minimum supervision.

 

General administrative responsibilities include:

  • Performing desk / online research for lead generation
  • Creating email campaigns on an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Responding to emails and scheduling meetings
  • Managing client contact lists
  • Acting as the first point of client contact

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Researcher or
  • Recruitment Consultant
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies
  • Excellent communication
  • Excellent time management
  • Excellent organization
